Clubhouse Construction Notice

CLUBHOUSE SIDING REPAIR
Monday, Feb 18:
Dumpster for siding demolition arrives front of clubhouse at 1145 Orchard St. The dumpster is for construction materials only; additional refuse could incur additional dump fees.  Weather permitting, dumpster should be on site week of Feb 18-22.

Tuesday Feb 19
Siding materials delivered to the cul de sac on Grandview Court .
Residents PLEASE NO PARKING on Grandview cul de sac for 1 day.
Materials will be moved on site on Tuesday.

Construction scheduled to last at least 2 weeks, WEATHER PERMITTING.
