HOA Swimming Pool Reminders

The following notice was distributed to all Riverview households during the month of July.  It has been somewhat abbreviated for size.

A couple of problems have occurred with swimming pool use at Riverview this summer.

ADULT SWIM
Adult swim is scheduled for 4 PM to 6 PM. This means that children are to be out of the pool at 4:00 and should not be back in the pool until after 6:00. The pool is open for 14-1/2 hours per day; it is only restricted to adults for 2 hours. Please comply with this rule.

POOL GUESTS
If qualified residents have guests using the pool, the resident MUST be at the pool with their guest(s). It is NOT OK to give guests your key and allow them to go to the pool without the resident. This rule applies to everyone; there are no exceptions.

Thank you for your observance of these rules.  They are in place for the benefit of everyone in Riverview.
