Rescheduled Special Meeting to Count Ballots 1/14/22

The Special Board of Directors meeting to count ballots for a re-write of HOA governing documents has been rescheduled to 1/14/22 @ 10am via conference call/video. Log in information has been sent to members email. The Inspectors of Elections have reviewed the number of ballots received; as of December 9, 2021, 56 ballots have been received. 67 ballots are required for a quorum to open the ballots.
