Turf Removal – Clubhouse Commons

The first step in the process to remove turf, as approved by the Riverview II board of directors, on the south section of the clubhouse commons is underway.

As noted in the Landscape Committee’s March report, this project is part of a long term plan to reduce the need and amount of irrigation which includes reducing the grass areas in the common spaces.

Part of the long term plan is to replace the turf with drought tolerant plants and install an improved irrigation system.
